John D’Ambrosio

I served as a US Army Special Forces (Green Beret) officer for 22 years after being raised on the US Embassy circuit in Southeast Asia for 17. Growing up in Burma (now Myanmar), Laos, the Philippines, and Thailand exposed me to a vast array of cultures and experiences in these formative years of my life. After the US Army, I worked in key positions as a civilian in IBM, the Pentagon, Ft. Sill Oklahoma, and Homeland Security in the Pacific Northwest. I continue collecting experiences and perspectives which I share with my readers. My debut novel, 33 Years in 3 Days, is a romantic adventure in transformational fiction. Well-traveled in Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, the Americas, the Middle East, and in Djibouti Africa, I even hiked the Inca trail in Peru. After my Master’s degree in International Relations, my personal challenge became to reach my readers inspiring personal development,  bringing people of all cultures together through my writing.

My platform and basic message is to enjoy life as much as you can, collect as many experiences to share with others making the world a better more positive place.
